Founder/Managing Director

Mr. Bradt, the founder and Managing Director of Glenwilde Capital, is a successful real estate investment and development CEO that has a diverse set of global leadership experiences in a majority of the real estate assets classes. Among his many accomplishments, Mr. Bradt was recognized as a leading industry visionary when he was profiled in Lodging Magazine, one of the top hospitality magazines in the world. 

Prior to his role at Glenwilde Capital, Mr. Bradt was the Chief Executive Officer of Fox Commercial Services which is a private equity backed commercial services firm. At FCS, Mr. Bradt successfully restructured the business and delivered some of the strong financial results in company history. 

Prior to Fox, Mr. Bradt was the Chief Executive Officer, United States REIT and Global Chief Marketing Officer for Campus Living Villages, the largest international student housing company in the world. During his tenure, this international real estate investment fund rose to over $2 billion in Assets Under Management, (AUM). The fund consisted of over 50 high-quality assets and over 50,000 beds in the Australia, New Zealand, the United Kingdom and the United States markets. Under his leadership, the United States REIT achieved the best financial results in company history. 

Prior to Campus Living Villages, Mr. Bradt was a corporate officer and division president at NYSE-listed Choice Hotels International, (NYSE: CHH), one of the largest hospitality companies in the world with over 7,000 hotels in 40 countries. In his leadership role, he was responsible for hundreds of new hotel projects entering the portfolio each year. Mr. Bradt as part of the global executive team,  drove an increase in shareholder value of the firm by over $1 billion during his tenure. 

Mr. Bradt received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Loyola University of Chicago and his Master of Business Administration from Pepperdine University. He completed a post-graduate program in Global Enterprise Management from the University of Oxford.

Jeffrey holds over 20 years of experience in Wall Street investment banking and financial advisory, as well as leading large-scale development and redevelopment projects in the US. With areas of expertise in hospitality and entertainment, casino and gaming, destination and resort, and city infrastructure projects, Jeffrey brings wide-ranging experience in large-scale commercial real estate development and investment that align well with Glenwilde.

Jeffrey’s personal business and investment initiatives reflect his passion for driving innovative, high reward projects, such as the launch of a new energy technology with Free Flow Power Corporation, and the implementation of cutting-edge casino gaming technology and equipment with Hardway Holdings.
